1. Educational purpose

HackerAcademy provides cybersecurity education strictly for lawful and ethical purposes. Participants agree to use the knowledge and skills they gain only for:

  • Education and personal development
  • Ethical hacking and penetration testing with written authorization
  • Protecting your own systems
  • Lawful professional work in cybersecurity

2. Prohibited activities

Users expressly agree that they WILL NOT:

  • Use the knowledge for unauthorized access to any system
  • Commit any illegal activity
  • Cause damage to third-party systems or data
  • Violate the privacy of other people
  • Distribute malicious software
  • Take part in cyber-attacks
  • Share sensitive data or credentials

3. Legal obligations

Participants acknowledge that:

  • They are solely responsible for their actions
  • They must comply with all applicable laws
  • Unauthorized access to systems is a criminal offense
  • HackerAcademy bears no responsibility for unlawful activity

4. Code of ethics

Users commit to:

  • Respect the privacy and rights of others
  • Act with integrity and transparency
  • Report any vulnerabilities responsibly
  • Use their skills for the common good
  • Continue their education ethically

5. Consequences of violation

Violating this agreement may lead to:

  • Immediate termination of platform access
  • Criminal and civil prosecution
  • A report to the relevant authorities
  • No refund

6. Practice environment

HackerAcademy encourages practice only on:

  • Legitimate training platforms (Hack The Box, TryHackMe, etc.)
  • Your own labs and virtual machines
  • Systems for which you have written authorization

7. Acceptance

By signing up and using the platform, you declare that:

  • You have fully read and understood this agreement
  • You agree to be bound by all of its terms
  • You take full responsibility for your actions
  • You understand the legal consequences of misuse
